Christmas & New Year Closure

Closure period

Magic Breed will be closed from Friday 19th December 2025 and will reopen on Monday 5th January 2026. During this period, our office and warehouse will not be operating.

Order dispatch

• Orders placed before 2:00 pm Thursday 18th December 2025 will be dispatched prior to closure.
• Orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched from Monday 5th January 2026, in the order they are received.
• Stock availability shown on the website remains accurate, but dispatch will occur after we reopen.

Customer support

• Email enquiries will be monitored intermittently during the closure period.
• Responses may be slower than usual.
• Full support operations resume from Monday 5th January 2026.

Urgent matters

If your enquiry is urgent and relates to an existing order, please include your order number in the subject line to help us prioritise once we reopen.
